Someone has bought all these with a dodgy account on ebay. Don't know who that can be ;) Someones gonna be upset. They'll have to re-submit and it'll cost them

    Long live our coupon policy. :T :T :T :T :T

Well said, gotta love those people who have a spare or dodgy account to use on ebay to trap the unscrupulous sellers of Eukanuba mocs etc (and anyone still selling HD or BC mocs really).

Go for it MM, techspec and anyone else who wants to join in the fun to stop such sellers of *carpy* mocs!!!!! :T :T

They have got wise too - you can only bid now if you have paypal, stopping rogue accounts bidding.

Well having had enough of these persistant sellers selling dodgy Eukanuba coupons Ive emailed Eukanuba themselves asking if they have recently emailed out a £5 coupon with october 2009 as an expiry, they replied with no so I then replied saying were they aware that there were £1000s of £ worth being sold on ebay and gave them item numbers.

They replied today thanking me for the information, they are investigating which their fraud and legal team are carrying out, so the sellers may be getting some post they may not want!.

Not sure that's a good move, as the listings also bring unwanted attention to coupon policy. Thats the main reason i wanted them off Ebay. Procter & Gamble are the owners of Eukanubu, so thats a lot of coupons they will be looking into.

Were they already investigating or did they say they will investigate? Its not clear from you post.

You would think that the sellers would have taken the hint, but they don't seem to have any common sense.

As the song goes - "there may be trouble ahead......"

I think there's trouble ahead for the moc policy anyway so we should enjoy it (legitimately) whilst we can.

Well done to both of you for doing something about it, and I agree with thelurch that Eukanuba needed to know about the huge amounts still being sold on ebay.

Do BC and HD know about their mocs still being offloaded on fleabay as well I wonder? There are sellers of these useless mocs on there today saying vague cop-out stuff like 'I am selling because my Tesco no longer accept mocs...check your store's policy before bidding' (knowing full well unsuspecting people won't if they've used mocs in the past).

I don't know how they thought they could keep getting away with it.

One seller of the £2 whisky ones is also a power seller - a so called "pillar of the Ebay community". What he is doing is against the power seller principle, and could result in suspension from Ebay and removal of power seller status.

I paid a now rare visit to Tesco today and had a trouble free shop. It was like the good old days.

    Calm before the storm? :D
