Had a bad experience with scancom regarding the purchase of a memory card...they sent me the wrong one, then once I'd returned it tried to imply I'd received the new one sent out and even gave me a tracking number which was for the first one sent. After two weeks I finally received the right card. However; I didn't receive my postage for returning the wrong item to them. Personally I will never deal with them again and would not recomend them. However; I'm aware my experience maybe an isolated incident and they maybe quite a good company.Welcome, rogerramjet.

scancom are absolutely atrocious. Steer clear. Even when trying to purchase 8 lines (business) through them, they would ignore emails for days on end etc. They submitted wrong numbers (just plain errors) for porting - arseing up our migration. Then when I told them they'd submitted the wrong numbers, they resubmitted the wrong numbers again!
Telling them about this once more, they replied that the PAC code was wrong. Even though it was the exact same PAC for all of the lines (the others went through without fault) and O2 had already told me it was because the numbers were submitted wrongly.
Appaling. Steer well clear.DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

One of the most helpful phone dealers I've spoken to. No problem at all about cashback. The only mistake they ever made was to send me a 3510i phone on a SIM only contract; I rang and they accepted my offer of £20 (well I didn't want the bloke who sent it to be accused of nicking it).
That Vodafone deal could not be cheaper - free for 18 months.0 -
what is the deal they are offering?0

SIM only 1000 off-peak minutes per month is the one I've seen
