anyone appealed and got declined again?

I got declined by MBNA too. I appealed and they told me that I got declined because I am not on the electoral roll. I told them that I am not there as I am not European but I have permanent residency.

After being decline Oct 26, I faxed my savings account Nov 7 and when I checked my Experian and Equifax, they searched me 2x Nov 8. So, when I followed up last Nov 11(yest), they said that they need my bank accounts as they have not received my savings account that I have faxed.

I told them that if you have not received the savings account i have faxed you last Nov 7 with my appeal letter, then why did you credit search me AGAIN on NOv 8?

They asked me to send my statements again, but I guess, I would not anymore, as I am scared that they will search me again for the 3rd time!
