I swear on all the GODS in the world i am trying to work so so so hard with her, i mean just 4 days back i was sat at her place sorting her home radiators out and her lights and everything. I just feel being used all the time... I, I feel like a !!!!!!, wen she wants me, she talks nicely & has many jobs done and then next day anger or some argument...

I have done so so so much...i have even literally begged her to allow me to see my son & now i have reached a level where i feel there is not much left i can do for my son also.

MY FINAL DESCISION : (pls tell me if thats correct guys) : in the reason for divorce, against what she put : i will put that the allegations are totally untrue but based on the cite 2 yrs seperation i aggree a degree, whichever it is, i dont kno what u call it...just gonna fone the CAB..will update in a bit...

Prob the best resolution - I think your fears about previous alcohol addiction affecting whether your son would come to you if ex died are not needed...so long as you can be seen to have been "on the wagon" etc you would most likely win any court case - in any event you would automatically have the right to have the care of your child in that event so long as you have parental reponsibilty (which you should have as you were married)...did a solicitor give you that advice?
