We're hoping to go at the end of the week. We've only been once before, 6 years ago, and it wasnt very successful :o

I've just emailed the campsite for rates as we have a very large tent, and I think we may have to pay for 2 pitches

You shouldn't have to spud, i usually tell them and they are ok, they just give you a larger pitch..we have a large three domed tent.

We want to go to Anglesey here ;)

The trouble is, once we get the tent and the dog in the car, we wont have much room for anything else, so it will be discomfort for us unless we can buy some lilos or summink to sleep on while we're there

Our tent is 7.5 metres wide so we assumed it would take more than one pitch. Fingers crossed you're right. I'll let you know what they say ;)

Yes, we put the roof box on yesterday. Not sure how much weight it will take though, and we will have our 12 stone dog in the car, as well as 2 ample bodied adults and 2 kids :p

  • We have the air beds, have used a manual pump, but if you have electric , and use an electric pump it gets them really flat after for packing.
