I watched some of that last night - was orrible
Me brain's getting addled trying to sort out home insurance. Tesco renewal came at almost £600, more than double last year's. Checked online, and was quoted £200 less, rang em up and got it down by another £40. I asked why renewal was so blimmin dear, and even the woman couldnt understand it. Why cant they just send the renewal at their best price
Still going to shop around a bit more, Quidco etc
Have you tried More than?
I changed to them as their quote was quite a bit lower!

I'm a bit scared to try them. I accepted a quote last year via Quidco, then Tesco offered to beat it so I stayed with them in the end. But, the cashback via Quidco was paid anyway, £80 I think

spud - try Asda through quidco for a quote. I've just switched to their lowest offered quote (£14 per month for contents and buildings) and got £68 cashback.
