    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

    Well I've been very healthy today!

    Rice Krispies for brekky
    baked potato & beans for lunch,
    2 x activia yoghurts after
    1 x organic mango
    & it'll be fresh soup for tea

    I'm trying to get all healthy again!

    I watched some of that last night - was orrible

    Me brain's getting addled trying to sort out home insurance. Tesco renewal came at almost £600, more than double last year's. Checked online, and was quoted £200 less, rang em up and got it down by another £40. I asked why renewal was so blimmin dear, and even the woman couldnt understand it. Why cant they just send the renewal at their best price :confused:

    Still going to shop around a bit more, Quidco etc ;)
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:
