As some of you may remember, I recieved an abusive text from t-mobile a couple of weeks ago. The thread regarding this was closed, as it decended into chaos.

Nether the less, I thought an update was in order.
Following my letter to t-mobile, I recieved a reply running into two a4 pages, the reply was an apology from a customer services manager. The letter was a credit to t-mobile, I honestly thought customer service had died a death.
The letter also confirmed my contract expired in June, hense I cound cancel or upgrade.
Yesterday a HUGE bouquet of flowers arrived from t-mobile to mrs. punkstoner. This I thought was a lovely gesture, so I decided to call them up and see what they could offer by way of upgrade.
I got a free vario 3, and a £5.00 reduction on my line rental, for a new 18 month contract.
The vario will take a lot of getting used to I think, as I have had symbian phones for the last 5 years or so... (n95, n70, 6600)
Now for the bad!!
It appears my web n walk max add on has been downgraded to normal web n walk, due to not being able to log on msn, and appearing to be capped at 3g speed (300kbps), instead of high speed internet. Normally at home I get 1100kbps.
Also my next billing date is the 16/9/08, although according to my on line account I only have 12 mins of inclusive calls for this period
Hopefully it will get sorted out tommorrow, but upto now, an excellent response from tmobile, and well done!

Hi,
I read your other thread but couldn't reply because it was locked.
Anyhoo, glad to see you got it sorted out. Any texts that are sent from T-Mobile are automatically logged on the computer system - both the actual words of the text, and the details of the csa who sent it. Obviously, this is gross misconduct so it would be looked into.
The lack of allowance will be down to the fact that you upgraded mid way through your billing month so your allowance gets pro rata'd - if you call 150 they will be able to discuss this with you.I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.0
