EDIT - 20 August: still no reply from the webmaster, so I've sent another email. Will update if/when I get a response!

EDIT - 30 August: still no reply from the webmaster so I've now sent a Customer Feedback Form to them about it. Again, if/when I get a reply I'll update on here - let's hope they run the competition better than their website!

Terms and Conditions
The Sony Vaio FZ38M with blu-Ray laptop prize draw is only open to persons: a. who have submitted their contact details and b. submitted them with a valid email address and mobile number for notification purposes. Therefore no purchase is necessary.

1. The competition is only to entrants who complete the entry form before 2nd September 2008.
2. All entrants must accept these rules. In the event of any dispute about the rules, the dispute will be passed to the judge and their decision will be final.
3. No more than one entry per person.
4. The prize ia a Win a Sony Vaio FZ38M with Blu-Ray laptop. There is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event the Sony Vaio FZ38M with Blu-Ray is out of stock it will be substituted for an alternative laptop to the same value.
5. The winner will be selected at random from those submitted through the entry form by 5.30pm on 5th September 2008. The draw will take place within one week of the closing date.
6. No late entries will be considered. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. Winners will be notified by email to the email address they supplied on the entry form. If they do not claim their prize within one week of notification, they forfiet their prize and another random winner will be selected in their place.
8. Prizes will be sent by post, the winner will need to supply their address. No responsibility is accepted for lost or damaged prizes.
9. The winner agrees to have their name published on www.mobileshop.com website.
