puerto de la Cruz Taxis (Tenerife)

Does anyone know if there are any taxis near the bus station in Puerto De La Cruz ? I have only seen them in the Plaza de Charco.

We will be taking the bus from Reina Sofia airport and are not sure how far away the bus stop at the Hotel Melia will be from where we are staying , we are at the Belitope which is the opposite side of the road, up a side street and at the side of a supermarket.

There is a taxi rank just outside the bus station at Puerto de la Cruz. There is really just one exit from the station. I suggest that one of you stays with the cases whilst the other pops outside to get the taxi. If none there ask at the bar at one end of the station. You will be able to see the taxi's when the bus pulls into the bus station as it is a one way system inside the bus station.

We are off to Playa de las Arenas on Tuesday for a month, cannot wait!

I like Playa de las Arena, we stayed at the Barcelo Varadero, we drove down because the weather in Puerto was cloudy and cool and stayed for a week, we have tried since to find somewhere else to stay, but it's not easy there.

We are going for a month in December, I can't wait either :-)
