yeah ive never been so excited about finding some silver lol ...... i dont use the change machines for that exact reason i bag it up and pay it into my acount i have to do it over a few days and anything that doesnt fill the bag goes back in the jar till it does ...... my friend was given one of those cool sorting money boxes for xmas last year but it tells her how much she has too which would be pants for me as i would be spending it in my head if i knew lol0

id love to join this challenge!
I keep my change in some saucers at the moment but i always end up dipping in when it gets tight at the end of the month, especally the 10p's.
Tonight im going gather up all the change I have lying around the flat and the car, putting it all into a jar i finished yesterday! Will also let the boyfrind know, he hates having change in his pockets, so his loss can be my gain!
Fingers crossed it starts growing soon!0 -

I'd be the same cady!! My stepdad has one, so I might be able to persuade him to 'buy' my change off me lolPersonal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

Where do you guys 'change' your change?? I used to use the machine at my supermarket, but they charge you a %...
I get money bags from the bank and bag it up then pay into one of the kids accounts as there is no limit to the amount of change you can pay in, then I take it out again as 'proper' money lol.
Good challenge Cady, much the same as the sealed pot challenge. I save my change into a sealed tin, which I will open at xmas.0 -

hi there! I'll join!
I'm going to keep going until I fill up a jamjar with any change under £1's
When it's full, I'm going to put it into a new account that will go towards the cost of having little LP's!
I'll update sig but I'm only going to record how many coins I put in, but not the amount!
That way it'll be a surprise at the end!
I will know when I've finished because my rule is, if I can't do up the lid, time to visit the bank!
starting today I am putting in...
17 coins!
LP
