    I also agree with dressing for the interview, should help to get into work mode ( 'specially at that hour of the morning - they'd get no sense out of me :D )

    My last two phone interviews (both for the job I'm in now) the interviewers were on the West coast of the USA. I think I got extra points for realising how early it was for them and comenting on how awake they sounded at 4.30am. Not *quite* as awful as it sounds as both work from home.
