You would be best off pushing for a replacement unit if you can - once it has been repaired you may have a fight on your hands getting a replacement if the repair does not last.

Best of luck! Oh, and your contract is with Richer Sounds - as you paid THEM your hard-earned - if they try to fob you off by trying to get you to do the legwork to get a replacement or repair then they are pulling a fast one!
