its settled down for now, will see how it is after my holidayHmmm, can't find much in a search, if you've reset the power then apart from just double checking all the connections and new batteries in your remote then it's back to the retailer!
You would be best off pushing for a replacement unit if you can - once it has been repaired you may have a fight on your hands getting a replacement if the repair does not last.

Oh, and your contract is with Richer Sounds - as you paid THEM your hard-earned - if they try to fob you off by trying to get you to do the legwork to get a replacement or repair then they are pulling a fast one!things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then
