Have you tried pulling the plug on the TV? Might just need re-setting...!If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

Can you give me the model number... might be able to find some info. Other than that, under the Sale of Goods Act you are entitled to ask the shop that sold it to you to repair or replace the item...you are entitled to the goods lasting a reasonable length of time, and this can be beyond the year's guarantee. If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

It is probably one of the rubber buttons stuck in.
Try holding it button side down and tapping it on your knee .0 -
Is the sun or a spotlight shining directly on the sensor?0

Hmmm, can't find much in a search, if you've reset the power then apart from just double checking all the connections and new batteries in your remote then it's back to the retailer!
You would be best off pushing for a replacement unit if you can - once it has been repaired you may have a fight on your hands getting a replacement if the repair does not last.
Best of luck! Oh, and your contract is with Richer Sounds - as you paid THEM your hard-earned - if they try to fob you off by trying to get you to do the legwork to get a replacement or repair then they are pulling a fast one!If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.
