Thanks for the replies, if the tickets don't arrive in the next couple of days, then I will see if I can gain recompense from the credit card company.
I think I know who this guy is, he is a guitarist born in 1971 (from his website) in or around the SE. I know his name, and have a picture I think. If the CC company do not refund, then my only route will be the small claims court. Even if the CC do recompense will they try to recoup the money from the seller?0 -

The CC will pull the money back from paypal, and paypal will try to get it out of the seller. (Debt collectors if necessary)My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
