has finally sunk in now...maybe i will sleep tonight with out worrying anymore,,, just got to be positive now and learn to live on my restricted income, wont be easy but I can do it.

thanks again for all your help...was much much appreciated,,I keep playing that song neighbours must know it by heart by now lol

Anne make sure you get yourself well aquainted with the rest of the forum. There is so many moneysaving tips all over the place. To start with get onto the Moneysaving Old Style board and have a good mooch round that. Then there is the Freebies and Competitions boards. Not forgeting the Up your income board then just keep going.

Also get yourself on to Freecycle. https://www.freecycle.org and click on browse groups. Join any groups near to you.

Many thanks for your reply, Im already with Freecycle locally, I sold a few of my things to get my BR fees together and then the damn DWP finally acknowledged after 8 weeks of saying no that I could have Income Support and guess what it came to just over a £1 more than my BR fees and went in to my acct on the morning of my BR appt:mad: .

I got the money out in the nick of time and went BR yesterday:j

Freecycle has been brill for me, Ive put loads on that I was given when I first got this flat Im in now and have received some beautiful things from there as well, especially my oooh so comfy new freebie sofa, its got a couple cat scratches at the side but who the eck cares.

Plus my TV and some gorgeous curtains, Im lucky with all the help Ive had and make sure I will be returning it ten fold.

First morning of being a BR person, slept well last night and woke up this morning refreshed and raring to go, only thing is what and where do I do now:undecided suppose first priority is to now make sure I live within my means, am going to mooch round Old Style Board, and update my skills and White Vinegas and Stardrop skills:D :D:D:D good job Im naturally thrifty and tightwad minded .
