Hello All

Yippee Yahoo Im Bankrupt as of 9.45 am this morning:j :j :j :j , I was the first one there, had sworn my affidavit and money taken by 9.05 am, didnt even see the judge he just stamped it after looking at it.
Waited 20 mins then OR rang me and said all the stuff re bank accts and all that and made appt on Sept 23rd to ring me to discuss any issues and that was it, :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T , I have to say that the lady said I was very well informed and my papers spot on and thats thanks to all the BR and living with it crew so thanks thanks thanks a million times everyone for you kindness in answering all my queries and reading my mutterings the last few days:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

Only sad part of today was my sister Lynn wasnt here,I just wish she had found MSE and told myself and other sister her problems so we could have helped, I will always mention this site infact at court I gave one lady who was in after me the website address and mentioned how it had helped me so I hope she comes on here and finds all the kindness I have.

So Im looking forward to shoving my bankruptcy number under a couple of nasty folks noses:D and say to them go get stuffed and thanks for hounding me the last few weeks.

And your correct I do feel lighter and I will admit to a quiet snuffle in the courts ladies loo after it was all over:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: .

The court personnel were lovley~~ they didnt make me feel bad about debt, the lady on OR phonecall was brill too.

So now I have discharge to look forward too...and a new start and my sanity back..

Thank you all so much for helping me on my BR journey, I felt so lost and lonley before I came on here but now I feel part of the BR community on here, and long may you all continue to be there for future new BR wanabees, your angels, god bless everyone of you

Hunky bailiff has been replaced by a miserable sod with smelly breathe and dandruff:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: and he had the cheek to tell me yesterday he would find out which court I was in and be there to hand me a summons:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: so I told him to F *** Orf and let him have it full barrelled from the garden path, its a s s wipes like that that drove my sister to do what she did, and by god he scarpered fast as I wasnt a pretty site ranting on my garden path:mad: :eek: :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . He got all my frustrations bawled at him and it was soooo theraputic, I cant wait to shove my BR no under his nose....

I wasnt back till now as I was treated to lunch and hic hic oops am a wee bit tiddly.. too many :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: but Im Bankrupt what more doesa gal need???? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

As they are harassing you, I would suggest that you photocopy your BR notice and send it with a polite letter but special delivery, to the bailiffs company in the morning. You have proof they have it, but they may still continue to harass you until the OR tells them. Even then they may be jerks.
