Dear God! It's awful... Although better than any UK mainstream festival this year at any rate...Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.0 -
Did you have any luck at the bingo last night Linda?
Hi Louise!
I thought I was going to as it was quiet and I had several games when I only needed 1 number but this scabby blue pop & chips type woman called it 7 times during the session!!!
I was thinking !!!!!! after the 6th time but an old doddery (but very sweet chap) said "They're here every week, but they don't play on the cards with dabbers, they get these machines and buy 74 books pre loaded onto the machines which cost £140 each for every session!!!!
Well we were really !!!!ed off because what chance does anyone else stand when they have the equivalent of 148 people's books between them
scruffy b@stards!
...Linda xx:mad:  :mad:It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
