*Weekend Chat Thread**17th Aug 2008*

Morning all. YAWN!

Been up since 3.30am. Had a chinese and a couple of drinks (!) and it doesn't agree with me. I woke up with a raging thirst and haven't been to sleep since. Have spent a productive couple of hours fine tuning my debt busting and have now made standing orders for min payments (or above) to come out of one account, so hopefully I may be able to control my budget a bit better and instead of spending any extra money I have on stupid things it will go on debt busting instead.

Heres the weekend list for those that need a kick up the bum (ME!)

I was going to get up early and go for a run, but I am actually going to go back to bed now. Will have to do run tomorrow now!

sees you all later.....xxxxxx hugs

Weekend List
  1. Clean out any pets that need doing!
  2. mealplan for the week
  3. HHI
  4. Binbag dance.. *fling!*
  5. Wash any windows that need it
  6. Try catching up on the laundry
  7. finish a DIY job that has been pending for the last million years
  8. Clean out the car.. or make the children do it!
  9. Bake a cake for after dinner!!
  10. Plan a day out together!!

I am not sure to be honest??? I think he is just going to the pub to watch the footie on a big screen. He is an everton supporter so I think the Blackburn v Everton match - my home town against his home town......

No bloatedness, or sweating thanks!!:rotfl: :rotfl: Just a raging thirst and an overactive mind! Wine no longer agrees with me and I really should start drinking something else  ..... and as soon as I wake up my mind starts ticking ticking ticking ticking and then I can't sleep...:rotfl:

Ah right I get that too, there must be something in the food that makes your mind go mental. I get it too, my heart starts beating 10 to the dozen and I just cannot settle. I think Blackburn could be in trouble this season.

Chinese food has lots of MSG (It always made me laugh when Martin called his now-MSF his MSG.....)

    MSG will make you thirsty.
Colouring in certain chinese dishes can make people a bit hyperactive too (me :o )
And if you have it rarely (nowadays in a DFW lifestyle :o ) then it is going to have a bigger effect than if you were used to it.......

    Can't think of a solution though :D

But the thought of housework may drive me back to bed......

Lenny - aren't Blackburn in trouble every season!:rotfl:

I used to laugh at the MSG but didn't know she'd become and MSF - that one passed me by(!)

I think you may be right - I have had chinese less since I have been going to Slimming World and also drinking less so I think the combination of the two didn't do me any good.

With a bit of luck I will be asleep all afternoon and will be awake when Paula Radcliffe runs her marathon and then I can watch. I would sooo love her to win a gold, but daren't even start to think she might.
