Abbey Keep Charging Interest

Since I have had an Abbey Credit Card I kkep receiving interest charges despite paying the amount off in full before thedate given
I have been in store and phoned the credit card office and I keep getting different answers from different people. The staff seem very unprofessional and can't seem to see whats wrong.
I was also charged quasi cash fees for bets I had done in May. One person in the Abbey call this a cash advance and charge a fee, yet another said it was the gambling site that made the charges (which i know for fact is complete *******)
What should I do to get the interest fees back -because they are unjustified.
Thanks

I want my money back what they have wrongly taken.0

What interest do they keep charging Graham? If it's Quasi, that's treated like a cash advance - interest added from the point of transaction. I haven't had a case like that or a very long time, but I think the terminology remains the same. I assume (if it is quasi) that you are doing these sort of transactions every month?0

The quasi cash fee was in May. I haven't had any since. They are claiming now that they have not made that charge.
I am being charged a monthly interest fee as if I haven't been paying my credit card bill off. I do pay it off in time every month.
The staff seem to have a different answer for me each time I go in there.0 -
I paid last months credit card off TWO WEEKS before the date given. I had not used the card since - and they charged interest. Idon't know why they keep doing it.0

Usually for any card when you get interest charged on the statement, you have to pay off that in full, then the next one as well, so you have to pay the balance off in full for two consecutive statements to wipe out the interest.
The interest you had was about two weeks worth - from the issuing of the statement to the date the payment cleared.0 -
I have only had card 4 months and pay off every month in full and in cash0
-
How much is the interest
Is it a small amount?
I`ve noticed small amounts on my goldfish card and it seems that now they have become part of Barclays they charge interest from the actual transaction until the balance is paid every month.
This is the reason why i`m lokking for a new credit card.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
in total over the last 4 months its is approx £15
What annoys me is Abbey cannot give me a straight answer why the interest is turning up on my statements0 -
Would you be able to give the statement dates and the interest amounts please Graham as I think I might need that information?0
