Like everyone else, I'd like to welcome Darragh to MSE, and to thank him for the excellent posts he's been able to make. It really is a good move to be here! Not only do you help to solve people's problems, but in doing so you make happy users, and that will bring lots of referrals - and that, as you said earlier in the thread, opens doors to greater possibilities.
Everyone here will know that I have both praised and grumbled about PB. The site has had all sorts of problems which there is little point in my repeating here, especially after Kazzea has so superbly summed things up before.
However, I am unable to resolve the difference between reality and your claim, Daragh, that all emails are answered. Something is going wrong somewhere, and I rarely hear of any other emails sent either by me or to me which disappear into the ether. Yes, it does happen, but very, very rarely.
Perhaps now that PB has been officially launched (and things are certainly on the up regarding rewards) communications will be improved. You seem to imply that your server may not be able to cope with the number of emails leaving PB. Is that where things go wrong? Or could there be an issue with incoming emails getting lost?
In the past, I have had enquiries answered by both Rachel and yourself, both extremely courteous and helpful. In one instance, you asked me to reply to you if I had any more problems. I did, but since the email you sent came from your personal email address, my reply went to that address. It wasn't answered.
Loads of people have not received their eBay and/or Lightspeed points, yet we don't receive explanations about this. Rather, emails from PB quoted on MSE have referred to fraudulent attempts to gain points, or failure by the user to go through the PB links. I'm sure both of these happen from time to time, but surely not to the extent that PB seems to be implying.
You also mention the forum on the PB site, where Curly answers questions. There is a major problem there, as Curly does seem to disappear for long periods! Many questions remain unanswered.
All that said, I am highly encouraged by the fact that you are here to help us out, and I very much appreciate the tenor of your posts.
I look forward to PB's continued growth, and thank you and the rest of the staff for providing us with a lot of entertainment and, certainly, a lot to natter about (!), but ask specifically for customer service to deal sympathetically with all enquiries, many of which will be from new, inexperienced and timid users. I have no truck with anyone who acts to make gains fraudulently, but this must be a tiny minority of people.

Karen, have you got Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine?
You need that in order to see the file. It's available for free download, but it takes a while unless you've got broadband. I would just like to welcome Daragh to the site, as someone who posts occasionally here and on (the often maligned) flyertalk, it is always refreshing to see a representative of the company concerned who is willing and given the approval to post and take feedback in forums like this.
I have, like many been waiting on vouchers since August, and had just given up on them, due to unreplied emails, but following the recommendation have sent the email one last time,
