Hi Darragh,

Thank you for joining our message board.

Could you give us a new date of when the Love2shop vouchers will be back? Some of us were told the 7th November, but that has come and gone. As you must be aware since they have been gone people have been saving quite a lot - have you got extra amounts to cope with this demand?

Are you planning on giving any other highstreet rewards other than love2shop?

Thank you for any help. A lot of us are really enjoying your site, so fully support your hardwork! Keep it up!

Hello all

Not sure how welcome I'll be here but I thought that someone from Pigsback.com should come on here, say hello and be able to respond to your queries.

Thank you for your posts, varying from much deserved to very unfair in some cases. However I've been keeping an eye on these posts and have endeavoured to resolve issues where possible.

Some of you will already have communicated directly with Rachel, Karolina or myself about your Pigsback accounts. The surest way of getting a reply is to email postmaster@pigsback.com but to ensure that all @pigsback.com addresses are added to your safelist. We DO reply to everyone but people seem to have an issue receiving our emails.

There is also a forum topic called Pigsback Forum on our own site which gives Curly the opportunity to reply to site queries.

So here I am. I'll spend as much time as I can here for the next while trying to answer your queries.

Hi Darragh and welcome to the boards.

Could you possibly let us know when we will get our 400 points for signing up the the National Lottery? It's been almost 6 weeks now.

Thanks.

Hi and thanks for the questions.

Firstly and officially - Love2Shop vouchers WILL be back on site before the end of the month, but only in a limited supply. We are making every effot to ensure that we can tell how many people have ordered and when, but when they're gone, that's it! In the meantime we're discussing with several High Street Stores to get their vouchers on site and they should hopefully be live again before the end of November. We shoudl have confirmation of this next week.

I've been told the National Lottery PiggyPoints will be credited tomorrow so should appear in your accounts from Saturday morning. If not tomorrow then Monday at the very latest.

Thanks

Quick question - many people are STILL waiting for their Love2shop vouchers from early August to arrive - Are they going to be getting them anytime soon?

Issues we have with Pigsback:-

COMMUNICATION - Lack of - its all very well saying Pigsback replies but in most cases this takes a minimum of a week IF they reply at all. Suggestion - perhaps more specific email addresses other than simply postmaster@pigsback.com or curly@pigsback.com so that reward queries could be sent to one email address - shop and earn queries to another - points queries to another etc etc tc

TRACKING ISSUES - transactions don't always seem to track (nothing wrong with peoples computer as other sites track their purchases easily)

QUIZZES - very frustrating when no quiz is posted all day (or in some cases all weekend)

REWARDS - a wider selection would be appreciated :D

P.S I don't understand why you can't simply buy Amazon gift certificates and then add administration costs etc to it and then sell it to us

SHOP AND EARN - suggestion really - some sites other than cd-wow that people are likely to use on a more regular basis - Tescos, Boots, etc etc

PADDY POWER POKER - really unuser friendly and difficult to access and understand where to go etc etc etc etc

I assume that this means that we can forget about Love2shop vouchers returning for more than a few days (lots of people with lots of stored points)....especially as you say once they're gone there'll be no more. That is a big shame, as we all thought they were great. Individual high street store vouchers are a half decent replacement, but they still aren't quite as good as they can only be used in one store as opposed to a variety.

Thanks for the news anyway.

Larger CD-Wow vouchers for essentially free DVDs etc...?

Also I will repeat what I said a few pages ago - just so as you know WE DO like the site Darragh :)

To set the record straight - here is what I LIKE about Pigsback (in no particular order)

1) Its free
2) It has click throughs for 10 points weekly (usually)
3) I love the Sudoku
4) The competitions
5) The quizzes for points
6) The potential for the site
7) The rewards they DID have (and hopefully will have again)
8) Some of their shop and earn are occasionally better than cashback sites
9) The CD-WOW vouchers
10) The 100 points you get for every item ordered through CD-WOW
11) Its interface is user friendly and not too confusing
12) The chance to win points daily through a quiz and crossword
13) The occasionally reduced prices at CD-WOW through their site
14) Its unique
15) You get 100 points for recommending a friend to join

I agree with you Kazzea, and I'm sure a lot of other people will to. Hopefully together we can all work to make it an even better site.

Hi Darraghd.
It would be brilliant if you could acquire Amazon e-vouchers as reward choice.
No risk of vouchers getting lost/stolen through the postal system.
A survey site that I use have a ready supply so that when you redeem points you are automatically issued with the voucher by email and it is also logged in your personal account so can't be lost in cyberspace.
Thanks for coming on here to answer our queries.

Quick question - many people are STILL waiting for their Love2shop vouchers from early August to arrive - Are they going to be getting them anytime soon?

Darragh says: ALL love to shop vouchers have been posted to people! If they haven't received it they should contact Kelly at postmaster@pigsback.com and she'll look after you. All we need to do is check your PiggyBank. We had a few issues with these not ending up in people's hands - to ensure delivery we'd have had to up the PiggyPoint price to cover the cost of registered post, and it's not convenient for everyone!

Is there anyone on this board still waiting, despite emailing postmaster? Can you send an email today to postmaster with subject MSE FORUM - L2S Vouchers and I'll prioritise them for you. (Now that's service :))

Issues we have with Pigsback:-

COMMUNICATION - Lack of - its all very well saying Pigsback replies but in most cases this takes a minimum of a week IF they reply at all.

Darragh says: We reply within 24-48 hours where we can. Sometimes we have to look stuff up, get replies from clients and/or wait for a reply from the member. We're aiming to improve this greatly but sometimes our emails are delayed by email servers, because we send a lot of mail from @pigsback.com - there are a number of issues but Rachel and Karolina spend their day just answering your mails! We get on average 500 mails a day....

Suggestion - perhaps more specific email addresses other than simply postmaster@pigsback.com or curly@pigsback.com so that reward queries could be sent to one email address - shop and earn queries to another - points queries to another etc etc etc

Darragh says: Well they'll still all be answered by postmaster... Maybe in the Subject line rather than just "Complaint" you could try breaking it down for us? Also people send different queries to different email addresses (you should see the amount I get to my personal one!) and thse all have to go into the central database so they can be tracked.

TRACKING ISSUES - transactions don't always seem to track (nothing wrong with peoples computer as other sites track their purchases easily)

Darragh says: Interesting. Never experienced that problem - although it's very easy to check. Just make sure you're logged into your own account and go from the offer page. Please note Offer pages shouldn't be stored in your favourites, because points can be based on cookied sessions etc...

QUIZZES - very frustrating when no quiz is posted all day (or in some cases all weekend)

Darragh says: For you and me both!! Hopefully fixed most of those issues now but just email postmaster with subject line "MSE: QUIZ NOT WORKING" and I'll make sure they go through to me and I'll resolve it.

REWARDS - a wider selection would be appreciated

Darragh says: I know. We're working on it but remember we're a business trying to get business and sometimes we have to wait for clients to get back to us. I'd hope to have the rewards catalogue doubled in three months time!

P.S I don't understand why you can't simply buy Amazon gift certificates and then add administration costs etc to it and then sell it to us

Darragh says: Ok, I'll look into that in the next couple of days. No promises though - really depends on cost!!

SHOP AND EARN - suggestion really - some sites other than cd-wow that people are likely to use on a more regular basis - Tescos, Boots, etc etc

Darragh says: Again our Sales team are working hard to get these clients on board but it's chicken and egg - we can't get clients working with us without amazing membership numbers and interaction and we can't get that from members without the brands. We're nto doing too badly but we're working on it!

To help - refer Pigsback to as many people and businesses as possible!

PADDY POWER POKER - really unuser friendly and difficult to access and understand where to go etc

Darragh says: I realise this. Any suggestions would be appreciated by both Paddy Power and ourselves...

Larger CD-Wow vouchers for essentially free DVDs etc...

Darragh says: Again, I'll ask for this today.. no promises but will try. Any particular denominations spring to mind??

Love2Shop vouchers:

Again we'll try our best to get them back if we can but I can't promise when. Negotiations are under way!

Thanks (and sorry about the misspellings!)

Darragh
