TRACKING ISSUES - transactions don't always seem to track (nothing wrong with peoples computer as other sites track their purchases easily)

Darragh says: Interesting. Never experienced that problem - although it's very easy to check. Just make sure you're logged into your own account and go from the offer page. Please note Offer pages shouldn't be stored in your favourites, because points can be based on cookied sessions etc...

Hi Darragh, first of all I want to join those who welcomed you on MSE - it's fantastic that you joined and are offering your help, this is a great step in the right direction.

As to transactions not tracking: there are numerous posts on this forum, and also over on the Pigsback forum, from people who didn't get their points for various things (shopping, joining eBay, joining Lightspeed Panel, for instance).

I personally had a longish email exchange with Pigsback over my eBay points. I got them eventually, but I was asked to provide proof - this not something stated in the Pigsback T&Cs, nor would I expect to have to do this. I know of several other people this happened to, as well.

Many, incl. myself, are still waiting for their National Lottery Points. We were meant to get them within 4 weeks, but somebody was informed by postmaster@pigsback.com that he should wait 6 weeks. Those 6 weeks are almost up now - can you confirm when all the piggypoints for the national Lottery will be credited?

Think Darragh said earlier that the Lottery points should go on Saturday or Monday.

My question is regarding the new vouchers for Pizza Hut, TFI Fridays etc. Are these specific vouchers for each chain or generic Whitbread Leisure vouchers (i.e. ones that can be used for any Leisure voucher company)? The PB site is a bit vague in the description of the vouchers

    Darragh says:

They're actually vouchers that can be used in a huge amount of places - but we've split them up because some come with specific coupons.

You can use as many of them as you like at once as full or part payment but change cannot be given for any purchase made for less than the full value of the voucher offered apparently.

All the terms and conditions are on the voucher.

Is there any other information we could put on there?

    Hi Darragh

Would it be a huge pain to list the places the vouchures are accepted on here for us. Or tell us a site we can look at to find where they are accepted?

    Thanks

I second that, a list would be great because I don't live anywhere near any of those places

Just wanted to say how brave you are coming on and facing all these questions, Darragh - welcome to the site :T

I'm delighted with Pigsback and seem to be one of the lucky ones who gets both vouchers and answers to emails really quickly. So keep up the good work!

No pain at all - although I'm afraid it's a PDF...
