Broadband with BT Landline

Hey All,

I was just wondering if anyone could maybe point me in the right direction. does anyone out there know if i could get broadband without having a bt landline installed???
At the moment im on virgin media through Dial-up. But its so slow, i so just wanna get broadband. Can anyone tell me if its possible and if so who is good to go through???

if you are within a cable area, then you can get a broadband from Virgin without having a landline at all

Watch out though, you will still have a landline, but it will be a Virgin cable one and you still have to pay rental to Virgin for it, and have no option on which phone call supplier or broadband supplier you use [it must be Virgin]

As you are already with Virgin dial up, why not check out their [or others] ADSL offerings and keep the BT landline to keep all your options open

I am Virgin ADSL with BT line, but others are available

No you dont have to have a landline. You can have Virgin Media broadband only if you live in a cable area.

£9 a month for first year then renegotiate price.;)

Thank you for your help. its not like i dont have a landline phone, its just its not a BT landline its a cable 1. So i was just wondering if i could get broadband if dont have a bt landline that was all

Yes if you have a cable phone line you can have cable broadband added to your Virgin Media package.

im on virgin media but i want to switch back to bt landline cos im an O2 customer too. its cheaper to get their broadband package but i want to keep my virgin media digital tv service - can i do this?
