Confused about bill dates

Took out a 6 month contract with cpw on virgin on 16th Feb 2008. Need to send 6th bill for cashback. Is the one dated 22 jul the sixth or is it next months I need to send. The bill is now emailed, do they need all 10 pages printed or will the front one do?

Hiya,
When I'm doing my cashback claims, I just make sure that I send a copy off which has details of the phone number / account details and the month of the bill. With my current Vodaphone contract it's all on one page, but my old orange one I'm pretty sure I had to send the first and second page.
