Thanks every one for your idea's and suggestions. I purchased a (website removed by board guide) at the end of last week. It arrived today and I have to be honest it is really solid and secure. In addition I purchased a wall mounting bracket.
I think it is important to add that the box will be mounted in an obscure hiding place. I won't be using it every day!
I am going to order one as a Christmas present for my MUM, she is a little older now and needs others to gain access to her house.
