North Road store is near Iceland, Scope shop, Burger King.
You would probably have to pay to park though, nearest is the multi-storey.
There's free parking at the Arnison Centre Boots though, bigger store and often some good clearance. I didn't make it there today.

One question about the pinkie No7 voucher....I didn't look closely at the voucher but did see SEL's saying it was for use on Colour cosmetics ie: make-up. Is it working on other No7 items too?

Yesteday while in town, I bought eight (this is the only deodrant my smelly son and I use so at 15p a whip I am stocking up). I apologised to the girl as she might need to do them in separate transactions and she said I wouldn't she had done two in the same transaction for someone else earlier in the day. When she put the whole lot through and charged me £1.20 then gave me the two till spits this had me kicking myself. If I had known I would get the till spits with a low spend I would have split them into two transactions.

So I was really cheeky and this is what I bought today:-

(my Advantage Card thinks I am over 60 hence the lower prices for No.7 and Time Delay)

Mitchum x 3 - £4.95
Time Delay Exfoliator - £4.04
No.7 Mens Facial Scrub - £5.85

Used 3 x Mitchum Vouchers
£5 off TD
£5 off No.7

Total came to £4.38

I was with my favourite SA (she loves me telling her all the bargains and seh gets them in her lunch brak) and I knew this wasn't correct but she couldn't work out on screen what was wrong so I told her to take the payment and we could look at the receipt.

Turns out she had scanned the TD twice so she said she would refund me the £4.04 and asked for my Advantage card back. Unfortunately I gave her the wrong one so ended up keeping the points..

My eventual total was 34p with 32 AC points and savings of £23.09 and another two till spits.

I love this glitch!!! I think I'll need to do it again tomorrow!!!

Ok here are my 4 shops today -

Shop 1.

had a 500 points voucher out of advantage machine when you buy any 2 No7 items from the protect and perfect skincare range. Choose the handcreams as these were cheapest!! SA said they prob wouldnt go through as it isnt skincare but after a while she said she would try them and yes they went through. So used pinky voucher and got them for 15.50 plus 500 points , got another till split and another £5 pinky and free gift set for spending over £20!!
Total saving £5.00 and 500 points.

Shop 2.

TD gradual tanner £5.50(0.50p) and HB mag. Used till split plus 200 points. Total saving £6.00 and 200 points

Shop 3.

Lynx 3 spray pack x 2 £4.99 each pack - got 2 packs for £4
TS long hair straight conditioner £4.49 Free
TS long hair straight shampoo £4.49 paid £2.51
Bottle coca cola £0.99.

Total £7.50 points 32
Got another pinky and till split

Hubby went to tills with these and the SA wasnt going to give him the Lynx as said these werent in offer but my hubby wasnt giving in so they did!!! lol
Also the TS items didnt go through as penny this time either. SA said the voucher out of HB mag couldnt be used with any other offer!! Obviously not!!


Shop 4.

No7 tan maintainer(£10 each on Bogof) Paid £5 with pinky
TS Long hair Serum £6.99 Free
TS Long hair straight balm £4.99 was 0.01p
TD Cleansing balm £6.99 paid £1.99 and got 200 points .used voucher out of Mag and got another HB mag.

Total saving £31.97 and 200 points
Got another pinky and till split

On the wait out we bumped into SA from shop 3 and hubby storms over and says you can get these TS for 1p and she didnt know what to say and even offered to get manager to have a look into it but thought we had drawn enough attention to ourselves so said it was ok then hubby says its ok we will be back for more for 1p lol.
Hubby isnt bothered and is great to take shopping with you!!
