I'd contact sugarscape to see what they say about it. The got the tickets probably as a promotion and the promoters should have a contingency plan. I'd see what they say. I imagine they would give you the value of the tickets or tickets for another date? Because that's what they would do for everyone else who had bought tickets, and it shouldn't be any different if you won them. Hope you get something good Bella xxx

Have you checked to see if they are appearing anywhere else that you could get to? They perhaps could exchange the tickets easily for another venue.

I think it would depend on the T&C's of the comp but I think most of them say "if the prize is unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative of similar value" or something like that.

I hope you get some tickets to another venue

Bella, I agree with Rach29....they often state something along the lines of that they reserve the right to withdraw the prize and offer something else...I hope it all works out for you and your stepdaughter and I hope you've not booked a hotel or anything yet...I had to fork out and did not get a refund on train and hotel for a cancelled gig once.
