Afternoon all - hope you're enjoying your bank holiday weekend so far...

I went on a bike ride this morning with my sister - we did 26.7 miles and are dead proud of ourselves (and yes, the .7 miles is very important)! :) All through the Lincolnshire countryside - it was lovely, made even better by the weather today. Apparently I will have burnt around 1750 calories or something like that (although websites say different things for cycling)... so bring on the take-away for tea!

Hi all , back from brighton we had a brill time, but knackered . We were going tostay away another night but were shagged. Got down Brighton 6.30 meal was for half 7, so we changed it to 8. Zizzis, bit poncy spachcock chicken on a couple of bits of totatoes , but tasty, beer went straight to my head, and we was in bed by 11:eek: :rotfl: Got up this morning and drove up the coast back to Folkestone, stopping at Hastings for a couple of hours, had Fishand Chips at Papas (quality ).Wifey in bed knackered and in a bit of pain , and I am now going to try and catch up with comps.Then early night with bar of chocolate :rotfl: :rotfl: Agood time all in all :T :j
