Contract cancellation with Carphone O2???
Dear all,
I'm having difficulties to cancel my phone contracts O2 Carphone Warehouse, I explain.
I my wife is very sick so we have to move back in France as she needs to go to the hospital for several month. We are leaving a bit on hurry, September, 2nd.
Today I went to carphone to cancel my 3 phone contracts but unfortunetly I'm far from the ending date. The first is on October, 17th, the second in December and the last is in April.
They are asking me to pay the rest of my contracts to be able to leave, this is my problem, we don't have the money we are spending every penny on paramedical treatment.
Do you guys know another way to cancel without take go bankrupt?

By the way I don't know if it's change anything but 2 of the contracts are upgrade made over the phone...0

If your contracts are with Vodafone or 3...
Both companies recently modified their Terms and Conditions. This means that you might be able to cancel:

The original OP states the contracts are with O2,
I`m afraid to say that unless they wish to be sympathic towards your needs you may have to pay in full, I have`nt read the T&C`s in full so it may be worth your while having a look through those also,

Thanks a lot, I prepared a letter to send to Carphone let's see what they are going to tell me.
In the meantime if anyone esle got a suggestion I take it.
