    I was also wondering how he knows they are 2Lbs in weight:eek: .........do I really want to know the answer though.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    i would up your fluid intake... it will loosen things up a bit and reduce the blocked toilet scenario if nothing else....

    and yet, you said you were putting on weight?
    Well I am because I havent been doing much exercise. Exercise has always been the key for me. Dont matter what I eat or dont eat if i dont exercise I put weight on. I remember even as a teenager having a bag of chips and feeling the extra weight
