*sticks a banana up Lenny's tailpipe!*

left my car at the Peugeot garage this morning so I've got a little 207 courtesy car.

fault on anti pollution yesterday, tyres are low tread on the front and air con is foisty.

Thank goodness it's a work lease car so I don't pay a penny for servicing, tax and any repairs!

And you wonder why i ignored you! ( for the record, i never!)

but it's booked in for a local fellow petrol head who big g is pals with, they have a common interest in ol VW's, so i think we'll be right. but i have used council before.. and yes i think it was a fail then a cheap fix elsewhere then back for a retest which was free... but isn't really supposed to be, i think he fancied me! ;)

Lou, Ive got 2 cars and they both got through the MOT no problems at all. Just thought you may want to know that.....
LOL, only kidding love. I hate MOTs, did you take it to the council btw? Maz, you never answered my question about council testing centres:( :D

MOT's always frighten the life out of me and OH. Both our cars are 2001 reg I have a Picasso MPV (for ferrying smelly teenagers around) and OH has a Seat which he only uses to and from work. The seat has been nothing but trouble with electic problems.

Up until recently fixed, OH had to disconnect the battery everynight otherwise the lights and radio would come on without the keys in the ignition.....like Stephen King's "Christine"

I have never used a council MOT centre as OH tends to use the one next to his work for easyness and they seem honest and reasonably priced.

Girlfriend in a coma, I know
    I know - its serious
Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - its really serious

There were times when I could
    Have murdered her
(but you know, I would hate
    Anything to happen to her)

No, I dont want to see her

    Do you really think
    Shell pull through ?
    Do you really think
    Shell pull through ?
    Do ...

Girlfriend in a coma, I know
    I know - its serious
My, my, my, my, my, my baby, goodbye

There were times when I could
    Have strangled her
(but you know, I would hate
    Anything to happen to her)
    Would you please
    Let me see her !

    Do you really think
    Shell pull through ?
    Do you really think
    Shell pull through ?
    Do ...
Let me whisper my last goodbyes

    I know - its serious

    Hmmm.

Back to the exam thing. deferring will cost me £200ish which is more than a resit would cost me plus if I defer the system changes and I'd have to sit 5 papers instead of four, albeit I can spread them out.

If I think tactically I can probably get enough done to pass 2 of the 3 (and have a good punt at the third) which would bring resit charges down to £100 ish and I'd have less study to do while managing the demads of a sproglet...

    Whaddya reckon peeps??

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
