Non paying bidders & negative feedback

I wonder if some Ebay pros here can give me some advice?
I recently have had a few non-paying bidders. A large amount of time has been wasted and I think they deserve a bad feedback. But I am worried if I leave them a bad feedback then most probably they will leave me the unjustified negative feedback which will affect my 100% feedback record. What do you recommand in this situation?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I wouldn't leave feedback yet, or even at all if you can help it becasue there is always a chance they will leave some for you! I would protect yourself! :-/

set yourself a reminder on the very last minute of when your'e allowed to leave feedback and just hope the other person hasn't done the same then when you leave yours at the last minute it will be too late for them
(sneaky i know)

as far as i am aware it is 90 days milsna says you can leave it anytime i would like him/her to tell me how to do it my hubby has just checked his ebay site and one was due to disappear as it was up to 90 days today when it disappeared my hubby typed in the item no. to see if he could leave feedback it said it was no longer on the database so i am also curious to know if what i was saying is right or is milsna right? any info greatly received0

There is a supposed limit of 90 days within which you must leave your feedback.
Details here.
However it does say:
Note the word may, if Ebay do not remove the item for some reason it may be possible for the other person to leave you a negative in retaliation. After 90 days, the item may be removed from eBay, and you'll no longer be able to leave feedback
I've just started selling myself and my first buyer is looking to be an NPB already. I'm reluctant to leave negative feedback as I don't want to damage my own, which is very low. Personally I'd just go through the usual channels of filling a NPB report, eventually they will get 3 strikes and have their account removed.0 -
As other people have said, you only have 90 days to leave feedback, and then it is too late. The idea of leaving it at the last minute is sneaky but very clever! It is never too late to leave feedback! as long as you know the item number you can leave it in a years time if you want to! that is why you have to be careful! The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -

If you were to do this I would block the person from buying from you again, also you have to think about the bidder could open another account and bid and leave a neg ...there is nothing you can do about it!! ...leave well alone!

To leave feedback for a buyer for an archived listing:
While in your Archived Listings View, click the invoice number for the record that you want to print.
A Sales Record page for that listing opens.
On the Sales Record page, scroll to below the buyer shipping address and shipping information, and click the Leave Feedback button.
A Leave Feedback form opens.
Leave feedback for your buyer, and click the Leave Feedback button to send your comment.Sarah x0 -
personally,i use the blocked bidder list a lot eg the other day i got an email from a potential buyer (with 0 feedback) stating that he would like to bid on my item but the postage was ludicrous.
the postage for the item was perfectly reasonable,so i was able to reply(to him and added the question and response to the auction) ,telling him that plenty of almost identical items had similar postage and that if he didn't like it,don't bid.
he went straight onto the blocked bidder list,as he's obviously a muppet.
sadly, ebay makes it too easy for people to sign up and if they get some bad feedback, they can just sign up again with a new account. good for buyers, bad for sellers.
cheers0
