Orange Customer support

I have an Orange pay as you go phone.
I called Orange customer services on the 12th of this month because I wanted to setup magic numbers on my phone.
I talked to someone who answered with “We want to give you fantastic customer support”
I asked for magic numbers to be put on my phone... her said I needed to change my tariff package first...
So I asked loads of questions:
* I asked if would still get free evening internet access
He said, I would get free internet access “ALL” day on the new tariff... not just during the evening!
I double checked this with him a lot of times and repeated what he said just so I didn’t hear him wrong.
But he assured me I would get free internet access all day
Then I asked him about the magic numbers costs... I was told it would cost 20p per hour for a max of 3 hours a day to any of my magic numbers.
I asked if I had to call them back after an hour and was told no.
He said I could talk to the person on the phone for up to 3 hours per day without the need to call them back after an hour.
So again... I double checked this with him a lot of times and repeated what he said just so I didn’t hear him wrong.
So anyway... about an hour later I used the internet on my phone... after I used it, I checked my credit to find they charge me a pound!
I called customer services, and they said “you only have free evening internet”
After I explained what the rep had told me and kicked up a fuss... they refunded my pound.

So tonight (the 12th) I had over £5 of credit.
I rang my friend who’s on my magic numbers list and talked to her for an Hour and 13 minutes... I had to ring her back a few minutes later and talked for about 15 minutes.
I checked my credit and I had just over 50p of credit left!!!!
I called Orange who again answered with the line “We want to give you fantastic customer support”
And explained my problem... he went on about how you can only talk for an hour at a time and you have to call them back.... and I kept telling him when I was told by the rep.
I got put on to the manager who told me the same... and after telling him what I was told by the rep in the first place and having ago about the fact Orange are ripping me off.
He said “I can put £5 of air time on your phone”
That’s “air time” that can only be used for calls... not txts, pic messages or internet... just calls.
I explained that the yesterday I had £1 of credit put on my phone by the same department, they said “we can’t do that here” so more lies from them.
So i’m down again on the whole thing... and I have to call back tomorrow morning... get charged 25p to talk to customer services and try and sort thing whole thing out
I’m really get sick of Orange.
Anyone have advice on what I can do/say?
