hi there i am one of those simply3g victim. paying 35 pounds for 400 min contract (3 network)where as now these days i can have iphone with that amount of money.
i still have approx 7 month left of this burden. i just received a letter today saying going to charge me for itemised billing and also handling fee for not paying directdebit (increase)
now my question is can i cancell on this basis, if i can what should i do , just write them a letter saying i want my PAC and releive from contract.
