Comparison sites that include Photo Messages and Internet data usage

The online mobile tariff comparison sites recommended by Moneysavingexpert such as MobilePhoneChecker, Moneysupermarket, Omio, uSwitch and Niftylist only appear to allow you to enter you monthly minutes and texts. Are there any sites that allow you to include your monthly photo messages and internet data usage as this is a true measure of monthly costs?

I'm coming to the end of a Vodafone 12 month contract of 800 minutes and 500 text. However, I get charged extra for sending photo messages which annoys me. I was wondering which of the Network provider gave the cheapest photo messages and internet data usage. I'm finding it difficult to find this information.
