Any recommendations on Lebara Mobile?
Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone had any views on the INternational SIM card company, Lebara mobile? I picked up a leaflet in Tesco. I'm going travelling around the world in a few months and this company offers very cheap calls to Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and most of South America, which is where I'll be travelling around.
Now, I know that using Skype to call home would probably be the cheapest way, but when I have travelled before, it's not easy to find in out of the way places. My plan is to buy my mum a Lebara SIM, before I go, so I can call her and then she can call me straight back from England.
Does anyone have any experience using this network? Is the signal ok? How about the customer services? Any info would be great really, thanks a lot!

....I'd rather have two minutes of wonderful, than a lifetime of nothing special....

Hi,
I have been using Lebara for almost a year and they are on Vodafone network meaning they offer the same coverage and voice service as vodafone.
I recommend using Lebara for international calls - they are cheap and good quality http://www.lebara-mobile.co.uk/0
