Delays on the weekly email

I changed my email account a few weeks ago, and had to re-sign-up for the MSE weekly email. Since then, I haven't once received it on a Wednesday. Once it came on a Thursday but it's usually Friday by which time many of the offers have gone - luckily I know to look it up on the site each Wednesday, but if I'm doing that there isn't much point being subscribed to the actual email. I just wondered if anyone knows what's causing these delays? It shouldn't be related to my email as I haven't changed provider, just the username.

I'm afraid by changing your email address then its probably put it to the back of the sending list and as it takes more than 24 hours to send out to everyone then it can sometimes take until the Friday.

Last night I think it was quite late in sending as I got mine after 11.00 pm when usually its in around 8.00 pm.

edited to add, I signed another email address (when Martin was donating to CIN) to receive it and it arrived this morning at 10.07 am
