    My Dad always responds, you're right, you're not dear, you're F*&king extortionate:p

It's like the old joke, wife got her credit card stolen but the husband decided not to report it because they were spending less than the wife!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hey everyone, before I pop out for a run, I need to ask you a baby question. The little fella 20 months now, has been waking up completey saturated (pee). It would appear that he is forcing down the top of his nappy whilst he falling asleep or whilst he is asleep. He has juice with his tea around 1700 and he has 8-10 oz milk before bed around 1900-1930. Do you any of you lovely mothers/mothers to be have any suggestions?? See ya in a bit Len x
