3 Int'l calls - Like Home (Like Heck)

Just wanted to point out that I used my 3 contract mobile in Hong Kong (one of their Like Home destinations, where your calls and txts are within your free minutes).

Anyway, before using the phone I checked each time that it read "3 HK" and not another HK provider.

On my bill, they banged me for a £118 in charges, saying the calls were "routed through the other networks". What a load of rubbish, this is a total rip off.

Don't be fooled by this "Like Home" scheme, and make a call at your peril - you never know exactly how the call is being routed or if the nearest transmitter is changing.
Also, how can you counter and prove how such a call was routed on the day? You can't come up with any evidence, it stinks.

    3HK have a CDMA, GSM (2G ) & 3G network, only roaming on HK 3G is applicable...not 3HK ( 2G )

write a letter as its easily confusing.......
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

Thanks I'll do that, as the Indian call centre was quite inflexible.
