nuisance phone calls

  • for the last fortnight we have been plagued by automated calls from HSBC. They even leave the number -08007838422. However when you pick the phone up the line goes dead. Ringing back this number is a message saying that its generated from HSBC and we don't need to do anything. OH Yeah! Would the director of Hsbc like to be inundated with phone calls everyday?
Very badly done HSBC - and how dare you harass your customers in this way.

So tell them !! I assume you have an account with them. I was getting similar calls from the Halifax all trying to sell me something. I wrote to then and in no uncertain terms told them to stop as I was starting to look on it as harassment. Haven't had any since
