I've been to AGMs and talked to the directors. Six years on they are starting to implement some of my recommendations.
The admin staff have usually been efficient for me - but this thread has reminded me that I need to chase them up for compensation over an electronic transfer that went AWOL for ten days and over which they lied.
It will be interesting to see how NC's foray into banking sector, with Hampshire Trust, performs. Their timing of the acquisition just in advance of the credit crunch was exquisiteand it also went against everything they had been telling members for years about their long term strategy.
