We've all been there when you know you should charge but think "well it only took a couple of minutes" so you end up giving freebies. Fine if you get more business from it but a bit gutting when you go past next week and someone elses van is on the drive!

No-Luckily that doesnt happen to us. They always come back to us as we do a service reminder letter which keeps them loyal (and remembering us).

Thank goodness for that, for one horrible moment I was worried that all the Corgi people (no I don't mean the Queen) would have to start roughing it and go on holiday with the common folk!!!
