The Executive Office don't detail with compaints, it's the Research & Responce Depart (at same add), but as I said they can only be contacted in writing.
In my case the financial ombusman got envolved as soon as they received my details. I didn't have any correspondence from Capital One despite numerous letters/faxes/telephone calls over a 3 month period. I only got acknowledgement of Capital One receiving my complaint after FO contact on my behalf, it then took a few weeks to get sorted by the FO kept in contact with me to check on how things were going and to see if Capital One were taking steps to resolve.0 -
