Many Thanks to all of you for pointing out various aspects.
First thing I have not advertised and deleted any of my posts. I have read the rules and I know most forums do not allow advertising. I was asking because some forums have special advertising section and someone who had similar experience in past can give a good advice which I got from first 4-5 posts and replied to close this topic.
Next thing i notice is reply below my post blaming me of advertising.
Sorry for the typo in title. I was posting rather than writing professional English. I did my Mphil from University of Manchester and doing PhD in Computer Engineering. I do website design as part time work. I am not a native English speaker but I am improving. I dont think blaming someone because of one typo is something needed here.
Anyways to clarify I have never posted any adverts not even in my signatures. None of my posts have been deleted in past. So hopefully next time make yourself clear before you write something that points to personal behaviour.
I know CIW certification took me a week to prepare but I was told from Reeds representative that you need CIW Qualification to apply for web designers job at various occassion so I spent about 300 on exams. it appears like it was a waste.
It appears like those who break the rules are better getting away than those asking to clarify rules.0 -

maybe the person from Reeds got a nice little cut when you signed up to do the exams through them.. maybe..
I've been interviewed for web dev jobs in the past, and never once have I been asked about certifications, and it was always about my portfolio.0 -

In all fairness you did post a thread "advertising" yourself before you started this one and I presume it was either the board guides or admin team that deleted it. This isn't assumption or hearsay from another poster, I saw it myself."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Superscaper I dont have time to do such things and why should I do this?
I never did and why would I post it with title "advertising" when I already know that most forums do not allow adverts even in signatures.
What was the point of asking if I had already posted it...Come on this is unfair when you say you saw it yourself.0 -

Why unfair? I saw what I saw. I have no vested interest or vendetta to lie. Anyone is free to view my posting history and make their own mind up on my veracity. I've got no idea why you should do this but you started a thread, which has since been deleted (and which I've already referred to on this thread, e.g. post 11), before you started this one and it was advertising. Whether you didn't consider it advertising or you're denying all knowledge of it existing I've no idea but I've been nothing but sincere and honest on this forum, even to my detriment. I don't know why you're suddenly now denying it when I've been consistent since the start of this thread."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Are you saying that the thread discussed in Post 11 is being started by me? In post 12 I said thanks to everyone and I said that I would never like something happen to my posts (deletion or banned) . i never said I have advertised. And I am well aware of advertising. If you are the one who saw my advert you would know what I was advertising which I doubt because nobody knows as I never advertised it so...Superscaper none of my posts have been deleted...You appear to be a respected person on this forum so I dont want to create a debate however I never started any thread to advertise anything in it.0
