Free Digital Photo Prints Deals Note Discussion

I wish this article would provide a "best buys" section. I'm not so interested in "deals" - it is a lot of hassle to register to all these different sites to get a few free. Instead I am looking for a place to go to get say 100 or so printed. Just in the same way the rest of the site gives best buys, this section should be like this too. Not just introductory offers.

I just signed up as a new customer to Jessops and uploaded my 90 pictures, which was straightforward and relatively quick. However, to claim the 40 free pictures as a new customer you had to enter the promo code provided in your welcome email which means that you can't then also enter the FREE50 promo code. I opted for the FREE50 (50 is better than 40!) but it only gave me a discount of £2.50. Better than nothing but not 90 free unfortunately unless their is a different way to do it!

It is not a free 90. It is a free 40 and a free 50 which must be done separately. When you register you are sent an email with a code for your free 40 for joining up and you can only input one code per transaction. When I did it it didn't matter which I did first.

The "FREE50" code on the Jessops Jpics website only works once, however i found another code "50FREEPRINTS" which allows you another 50 free prints. They both work, although i don't know if it accepts more than one code at a time, I did 3 different orders (taking advantage of the 40 free prints you get for joining) and now find myself the owner of 140 free prints!! :rotfl::rotfl:

says that 10 free prints (6 x 4) will be credited but for home delivery only.
So you can't colect from store.

i forgot to put in code - and ordered 356 pics!! ]]they wont honour the mistake - be honest i couldnt find the area to put in code

I had the same problem with Jessops - it's easy to miss the field for the voucher code entry during the order process. Phoning them confirmed that once the order is completed on line, they say they cannot cancel the automated process in any way at all.

Another issue which may be important for some customers - it seems that very few print suppliers annotate the reverse side of prints with filename to help identify print copies. The only one I found to do this so far was Fujifilm but I can't find their print service on line at present.

I have just recieved photos from PhotoBox and they print the filename and date on the reverse!!!

I ordered 200+ photos from Jessops yesterday and in the middle of my order the price went up from 4p a photo to 5p
