Hi All

I received the new sony c902 on an upgrade from orange early July, around mid July the phone had to be replaced as it was constantly freezing and refusing to turn on. The replacement is now suffering the same problem and from reading a few mobile forums this is a common fault with the C902.

What are my options with orange? Can i ask for a different phone/cancel my upgrade?

Any suggestions would be great.

its a common fault with all newly released SE handsets on orange due to the bloated software orange load on them (compared to the generic software).

have you tried updating the software using SEUS?

As an engineer from Nokia said to me once 'we spend something like 5 man years developing the software and firmware and then Orange come along and take 3 weeks to stick their network branding on and when it doesn't work we get the blame !'. . . He wasn't happy.
