Is it true that the condenser tumble dryers use twice the electricity, or are they just not as efficient? I have a condenser unit and my wife says the drying time is longer and my bills seem to have risen....0

We have just got a new condenser last week to replace our vented one as I was sick of dragging it and the hose over by the back door and leaving it open, so I'm not noticing the bills yet, but I have noticed it does take a little while longer for the stuff to dry than it did do with the vented tumble drier.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0
