I just did my first job for RE yesterday, it was all a bit quick, however, I bit the bullet, did the job and came home and completed the questionnaire. I am so chuffed, I just got an email to say my report was of the standard they expect and I am off probationary period!:D
And to think I was sooo nervous about the report!! Am off to Dublin now for a few days (cheap flights from Ryanair through MSE forum thread), so at least I can enjoy the break without fretting about the report I did!!

I'm in shock, I've just done 2 bookies jobs, having never set foot in one before in my life!!! This is doing wonders for me, although I was seriously the only female in one of them, even the staff were all male!

    Hmmm

I did a few a few weeks ago - 1 was empty - which was bliss, two others were full of males, and as I walked past a group of them one had written 'eat c**k' on the back of a betting slip and put it down on the floor where I walked past it - scouring all over (including the floor) for tidyness...

    charming

    :j :j :j

I know what you mean. I've done three now. The first one I felt like a strange creature who had wafted in the door, the way the customers were looking at me!

I find that the phone job you mentioned is one of the best fees, unless you get a bank job which requires a credit credit check and that can be 3 times that figure (these are usually with GR (again, you will get email when they have jobs, but they go so quick ;) )
TNS and RE have some hotels but they are usually business visits for one person staying midweek, I think there are a few on TNS at the mo :)

Did my first OC report earlier this week but it still says it is "unreviewed" when I click on Invoices.

Is there anything I need to do or do they just take their time?

My very first OC job was reviewed within a matter of hours - I was so impressed! Lately I've noticed they sometimes take a few days - actually the last lot have taken a week. I suspect (and it is just a theory) when they allocate the jobs they say must be done by x date, so I think if you do it earlier, they don't rush to review it - they are probably dealing with those which had to be done by the earlier date. Makes sense to me anyway! I wouldn't worry though, I've found them one of the best companies so far.
