Have you checked your spam folder ?

I had an email as soon as I submitted the report which said it had been received - I just assumed they would send another one once they had reviewed it - like other companies do.

They pay straight into your bank account at the end of the month AFTER you completed the job. i.e you did the job August, then you will get paid at the end of September.

On the subject of the great Gap - I agreed to do a job for a specific fee and when I managed to log on today the fee had been reduced by nearly half! I think that's out of order and i won't do it until the fee reverts to what it was - which probably means I'll miss the deadline so it won't get done. It's only a bit but it's the principle (I mean 40% of not a lot is not a lot! But it's the principle that matters)

You will get an automated generic e-mail on submission.

If you don't get a query e-mail (within a couple of days) you know your assignment has gone through, there will be no further acceptance e-mail and you will only know when you receive payment.

Yeah I have had probs all day I couldn't get on this morning and now I can't either. The website must be down.
